+ Well padded

- How waterproof is it

+ Fantastic quality & price. One of the best backpack's I've seen around and it was a lot cheaper than in some computer stores. Material is great, flexible and light and also easy to clean. Well worth the money and I'm certainly very happy with this.

- Only a very minor point - not always easy to get a bottle of water into the side bottle pocket.

+ Easy to carry a lot of items/weight wihout noticing, easy to get on and off, top carry handle is very comfortable to hold.

- Zip to laptop storage catches on seams, needs a hook for keyring and some loops for putting pens in.

+ Great for carryinig my laptop & plenty of esentials

+ Padding

- One of the front sections could benefit from having a slot for pens, mobile phones etc instead of the loose pouch which it has.

+ Good sturdy bag with lots of pockets and padding

- I was all set to spend £34:99 each for 3 of the bags for myself and my colleagues at Curry untill I thought I should double check the internet. Dixons had exactly the same bag for £14:99 !!! Ordered on line and they were delivered within a couple of days !!!

+ A couple of small storage pockets are handy for holding little items such as, Ipod, External drive, A5-size books and pens etc. Whilst in the main compartment it will hold A4 documents, oh. not forgetting the Laptop.

- zip catches now and again when opening and closing.

+ I love the backpack option for this product and the number of different pockets

- I am concerned that the straps for the backpack might be not sufficiently strong, but time will tell!!

+ A great design of laptop backpack at a very reasonable price (at Dixons). A very light bag for the level of protection you get. Back and shoulder strap padding is excellent.

- It would be nice to have the choice of more than one colour (if available). Black is OK but a bit conservative for teen tastes (I bought this product for my 13 yr old son!).
