Margaret, Bromsgrove I'm very nice!!
- Good points:
- It is simple to use as oppossed to others we purchased and had to return. Also it makes a very good cup of tea!!
- Bad points:
- Water collects in screw holes on the top and eventually will rust (we have had one of these models before). Also, the cavity where the teapot stands is easily stained as tea drips when you remove the pot. The teapot is also hard to clean on inside and eventually takes a stain which even bleach will not remove.
