Good points:: i have not used this product personally but, bought one two years ago for my boyfriend who is a guitarist, for Christmas. He was very impressed and thought it helped his strength and mobility in the wrist and improved his guitar playing. He asked for another one this Christmas so that he could train both wrists at the same time.

Good points:: Interesting, once you get used to the odd feeling you can really begin to feel it work. Really different, and with the counter you can try and beat your record each time. I bought it as a gift and the person really likes it.
