+ Well-built, with plenty of shelf-space for AV stuff as well as all my Hi-Fi. We searched long and hard to find a cabinet which held everything and fitted so well into the alcove we needed it to.
Fairly quick and easy to assemble.
Attractive finish and styling, if you like it plain and simple.

- Seems a bit pricey, but still cheaper than anything custom-made.

- door dampeners / self closing mechanism not very effective

+ Good quality solid build, plenty of shelf adjustment, happily accommodates my ATX media centre case and large AV amp.. Although it comes flat packed it has to be the most well made precision crafted flat pack I have ever put together!

- Very heavy & impossible to move. Some qualty castors as an option would be useful,

+ from when I opened the box's I was well happy it was very well packed with plenty of protection, it was the perfect high an size for viewing my new 40" LCD tv on, it has enough space to house all my av kit that is kept out of sight behind doors, the finish is beautiful easy to put together with plenty of ventilation in the shelves, and plenty of access at the back for linking all the cables.

+ Easy the put up, very sturdy, adjustable, acres of space, well ventilated, pretty cheap for what it is relative to other offerings on the market.

- The oak effect veneer could be better - its a bit too pink in colour in places for my liking. Its difficult to get the doors to align properly - although a 1 year old hanging onto the handles doesn't help! The colour also differs quite a lot across different parts. On mine the top is considerably less "pink" in hue than the doors...

+ Good quality fittings and finish.

- Soft close hinges don't stop the door banging if you push it closed from fully open (hold the door and release when nearly closed and they work fine though).

+ Stylish, good quality product. Plenty of storage and shelf space which allows for air circulation and easy cable management.

- The walnut veneer was completely stripped by a minor water spillage, allowed to rest on the cabinet surface for less than a minute. Whilst this was improved with treatment it could not be properly restored. This seemed all too easy and the damage sustained was as though caused by acid.

+ We were looking for a product that matched a walnut fireplace and this product does that.
