- Not as sexy as an ipod. Drag and drop function not always relaible, can lose tracks randomly. Sony supplied software reliable but clunky.

- Not really a bad point - I would have liked smaller earphones (small ears!!) and possibly cushioned ones at that.

The player is very compact & easy to use, with very good sound quality. I have not experienced any skippings of tracks (which was an occasional problem with my Ipod).
I especially like the combination of the radio and mp3 functions, and the battery life is very good.
- The only downside I can think of is perhaps the inclusion of an FM Tuner for the radio rather than a DAB version, but I have had absolutely no problems with the product player-wise.
