Good points:: Top of the range machine, which I wanted for years,
Bad points:: The battery is inferior, I thought 12 months manufacture guarantee, meant exactly what is said. My laptop 7 months old, developed a problem when it could not find my batteriy. It was returned to Sony
Two weeks later I was informed that the battery was dead, and they would replace it for £218. I refused and they returned the laptop with the old battery

Good points:: the web button that connects straight to the internet without turning everything on,its easy for my kids when they want to look something up.
Bad points:: The battery life is not that long,after a few hours the battery runs low very fast but its still worth it.

Good points:: Best point by far is the instant web access button- Brilliant
Bad points:: With the use of instant web access, a couple of minor faults- The @ key is in a different pace, the £ key cannot be found- I have tried them all!!. I have checked the settings all OK, these keys do function correctly if the laptop is fully running windows etc.
