Good points:: The laptop is nice, works good, I like the Core i5...but
Bad points:: For the price Ive paid, I did not expect to have dead pixels on the screen after two months. As it is still in warranty, I called Sony....they are USELESS !!! They call you once, and if it happens you are away from your phone, or having a shower, or driving...them you have to call them again, and again, and just make sure u answer when they call. They still haven't sort out my screen, after 2 months after Ive contact them.
RIDICULOUS!!!

Bad points:: Seemed like a bad laptop since I found out my opereating system failed and lost my all data from my hard drive cause of hard drive failure in first 6 month. That's why I'm really upset with Sony product now. Sorry for the bad feedback but it true.
