+ good working order but too early to give it a review for good points. everything works as you would expect from sony. connected to my wifi without any probs

- no boot disks. when you first inityiate windaws it tells you to create boot disk. would prefur a copy of vista plus all apps. had to use two dvdrs sure it works but would prefur the original copy.

+ Nice looking, easy to set up, particularly for technophobes like me. The screen very clear and sharp. Overall a very good laptop with hopefully Sony's reliability.

- The only criticism I have is that the touchpad is very sensitive and I find myself unintentionally changeing screens. The sensitivity can be changed but I still find it sensitive, maybe because it's my first laptop I'm not used to it yet.

+ Very good laptop, good design, and works well under pressure, i have at least 4/5 prgrams running together, the graphics card is very good.

- Very heavy, the screen size makes it too large and it doesnt fit in any case i get, the laptop is way over weight. The black keypad makes it hard to use in low light.
