- Cannot connect even when next to modem. Modem is shown on reader but keeps on showing out of range. Cannot download books or trad anything. Been into Sony Centre with no joy. As this was the last one in the Sony store and was in packaging that had been opened perhaps I have got a customer returned item. Won't be caught again

- Unable to connect to Digital Editions to unlock my DRM books. An internet search revealed that both Sony and Adobe are aware the PRS-T1 is not dectected by Digital Editions, despite it being listed on the site as completely compatible. Also I could not work around this by registering on the Sony reader site as this was not online at the time I had the reader. This meant that about £100 pounds worth of books I had bought were unusable. I returned the reader after 2 days of attempting to get it to work and bought a Kobo instead.

- i previously had a sony ereader touch 350 which was great. lightweight and efficient. i upgraded to the PRS T1 and have been so disapointed the WIFI has never worked and now it wont let me sync to download new books purchased . so i have lost money from books purchased and spent hours on phone to sony trying to resolve problem which still hasnt been resolved. before i got the PRS T1 i would have and did recomend the sony ereader and infact bought one for my mum but at present would not recomend it at all.

- Good points:
- it Was a sony brand and my expetations were very high, support from the supplier was excellent
- Bad points:
- It was way too difficult to use, very frustrating, and I found that each time I turned a page, the eReader looked like it was going to switch off , which I found very distracting. All in all I was very disapointed with the eReader after reading such good reviews.

- Good points:
- neat product

Touch screen did not work properly, and stopped working after two weeks. Product feels fragile.
UK reader store did not exist (it opened this week) and was not able to use the US version with UK log on.
Product was purchased with express intention of reading PDF docs, however many pictures or diagrams were unreadable and required navigating around.
