Easey to use .looks good & does everything it says it does, Has plenty of recording space on its hard drive.for me ,
- Bad points:
- Since November the EPG program has not worked, the only way to record is to do it manualy, this was reported to customer service, who told me to take the unit to service centre in Ellesmere Port, I received terrible service, took unit back, unrepaired, Informed customer service. A Mr DUNBAR Informed me these units had a fault on them since the digital switch over, and the fault would be repaired when a solution was found,He also said this delay would not effect my guarantee I am waiting for the answers?
