+ its pink, they are great fun, play films on them. if you shop around you can get games from £8 new in wrapping. keeps me and the kids amused.

+ very fast clear picture quality and excellent sound through good quality head sets, very light nice to hold

- too easy to push the pause button when playing action games as this can quite often cause problems if cought in a place in the game where you will have to play from the begining of the level that you are already nearly through, the battery life isnt realy long enough when pl;aying action or fast paced games i think that a spare battery included with the acessory packs would be a very commercialy viable option as this would give sony an advantage over the competition alaso sony need to make all of there previouse ps2 games available for this system e.g. all the medal of honour games and sdo on (the action games that made them so much money)

+ Good slim design, game controls postioned well and easy to access during gameplay. Screen resolution is very good. Built-in wifi is easy to use and works well.

- Could be lighter, Some games take a while to load during gaming, not enough variety of games available

+ The PSP has very good picture definition. Flexibility, with the ability to provide many different capabilities. Good design and ergonomics, easily slips into the pocket or bag. The multi function ability games, music, films, photographs - all in one.

- Not enough tools and project driven software for the more "adult" user. Weight, can be a problem in light weight clothing. Also, the ergonomics which makes it easy to slip into the pocket BUT also makes it easy to slip out. Combined with the weight of the PSP, this can be the cause of many damaged units.

+ Psp is very easy to use just the right size. It is perfect to take away with you.

It was primarily purchased for watching childrens movies & TV programmes (converted from TV / DVD's, using appropriate software), as well as listening to music for our young daughter. We have not used it for games or the net yet, but that will follow. Great value for money as we purchased the 'Pink' one.

- i would say not suitable for 6 years old due to the lack of games aimed at that age level.whereas a similair handheld device made by the competitor has plenty of games for thet age group.
