Good points:: Fantastic games console, good variety of games available, lots of good exclusive games (e.g. little big planet), inbuilt blu-ray player, rechargeable controllers, 1080p games, FREE internet gaming, easy to transfer media to console from flash drive or external hard drive, lots of inbuilt storage, inbuilt bluetooth, easy to use with netflix or lovefilm, home menu is easy to use and effective, good Sony product overall.
Bad points:: Wouldn't recognize the format of my external hard drive, build quality is not so good as older models, not enough 1080p games.
