Good points:: Simple and easy to use. Great for games films and well...anything really
Bad points:: Hard Drive.....The ability to upgrade the hard drive as part of the process would be fantastic. Im having to delete save games to keep space for other downloads and newer titles...If Sony were to bring out a new console. a swappable hard drive instead of a different console would be better. USB connectivity to the hard drive to format, update and transfer. Then a simple swap. Rather than buy a new console or without having to lose my progress and save games.

Bad points:: Taking money from my back account for games that I have not bought, downloaded a full game but doesn't work an I paid for that too, very heavy, won't read disks, controllers just broke into 2, long time to speak to someone
