Good points:: Easy to use - Uncomplicated approach. The apple ipod, in comparison, is overcomplicated. Superior battery life.

Good points:: Light and good storage capacity
Bad points:: Volume is ridiculous, deaf people need more volume
Editing in computer mode is not what we expect from Sony,,,not modern
Overall design is bad buttons make handling difficult, on off switch has a mind of it's own, for Sony compared to other manufacturers, and charging on a computer is a bind especially when travelling.....great little player but needs bringing in to the 21st century.
