Sony MEX-1 GP

+ What is so good about the Sony MEX-1GP is it's absolute simplicity to use. Downloading music onto the unit is so easy and straightforward - so too when deciding to delete files. Just connect the USB lead to the computer, open the music folder, choose which tracks to add , or delete, and in seconds it's done.
There are other facilities on the Sony MEX-1GP not openly advertised, such as being able to set up the car's speaker system. Ambience and quality is superb, turning my run of the mill speakers into a whole new listening dimension.
The radio too is excellent, with too many features to list here, but overall I rate this model 100% and extremely pleased with this particular choice, and purchase.
The Road Traffic Announcement facility also works when listening to MP3s, pausing the music till the RTA has finished, and it's optional.
Overall the Sony MEX-1GP is a winner and I'm extremely pleased to let others know about it.
Well done Sony ... and sincere thanks for a great piece of equipment !

- Absolutely none in my experience, and usage - though I haven't even bothered to use C.Ds yet. I'm sure it's like the rest of this unit. ... pure pleasure and simplicity ... no hassles or disappointments.
