A plastic "anchor" bit hanging out of the speakers and meant to stabilise the headphones but is actually very akward and uncomfortable to wear. Totally unnecessary addition to what would otherwise be a perfect design.
The other thing that this set doesn't have is an volume control button on the line which is very handy if you need to interrupt your listening briefly. Very dissapointing.

Jo, Haslingden Often on the move
- Good points:
- The sound, as I have found previously woth sony products, is excellant. I like that there is a case for the actual ear bits as I use them on the move and frequently have to shove them in a bag/case so that's really useful
- Bad points:
- I find they fit my ears really quite loosely which is a bit of an irritation and the band is not adjustable

Confirmed purchaser Often on the move
- Good points:
- They look good.
- Bad points:
- They don't stay on my ears very well and I often have to readjust them, especially the side with the wire. Now on one side no sound is coming out at all.
