Good points:: Good TV for "hearing people" - Not ideal for Deaf people.
Bad points:: Does not support SRT (subtitles)! - VERY VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! - WILL NEVER BUY SONY PRODUCTS AGAIN! - Also, I thought this came with 3D but it's not! - You have to purchase it separately!!
I've purchased DSLR-A55, PSP, PS3, KDL-32EX301, etc.. but these 2 TV i've owned are the WORSE i've had in history! - This 32" KDL-32EX301 I've purchased (this too doesn't support SRT!) are for my office room but that keeps giving me gay pink screen from time to time - even the EXPENSIVE hdmi cable!! - BAD SUPPORT FROM SONY! :(
I wish I never sold Samsung in the first place - great product from Samsung - So stay away from Sony!

Bad points:: remote control slow to react, wireless works intermittingly, online content pretty average, others brands available with same spec for less and could do with a few app updates starting to look dated.

Good points:: Reasonable easy to set up, picture good and thin design.
Bad points:: I was disappointed that the USB connection, was onlly for the 3D transmitter, as a lot of tv sets now have a USB for using with flash memory sticks. I feel that Sony is a bit behind on this.
