- i love this camera. quality is fantastic. i paid extra for battery with 10 hours recording so never have a problem.i find it easy to use mainly on automatic setting

- had to buy blu ray player to play the avchd format

Reliability seems to be very good. Robust build quality.
I purchased the camera in Dec 2007.
The updated version of PMB software is good, the first version was very poor.
viewfinder as well as touch screen.
Good Data management on camera and after offloading onto computer - Bad points:

Flash control pushbutton too near to on/off switches
