Good points:: does every thing it says it does + much more. this is my third sony handy cam there is nothing wrong with the first two, I am keeping up with technology and I've got to say I don't know how this particular camera can be bettered
Bad points:: sorry, just cannot think of any.. possibly it could have come with a carrying case or even a strap so it could be carried around your neck

Good points:: Very light and compact but with good quality (1080p 50 frames etc)
Bad points:: Play Memories software is good but can't find the software for a Mac, plus the file format is specific to Play Memories and would prefer option for more standard but still high quality video files that oth software, such as Microsoft Windows Media Cent will play.
