- the camera quality is very poor. texting can be a bit too delicate on the keys ,ie double clicking.
the phone itself often freezes needing a restart by taking battery out,it also returns to factory settings on its own for brief periods then goes back to your settings

- THE SHAKE FEATURE - AS YOU STILL HAVE TO PRESS A BUTTON TO ACTIVATE IT SO ITS EASIER JUST TO CHANGE TO THE NEXT SONG WITH THE NAVIGATION KEY.

+ The screen is a good size and the phone is slim.

- onli bad points are that the battery life could be a little bit longer, and the power button and walman button can be hard to get to when you have it slid open...but this could just be because i have huge fingers

- the picture quality is not that impressive, the keypad is horrible, the battery life is short, the sound quality is not as good as nokia...

+ This phone has everything. Screen is a great size, music sounds great aswell. Has loads of memory too.

- Phone turns itself off every so often as well as when you perform certain functions (delete multiple SMS messages at once). This has also happened to other people I know with this phone.

+ The phone itself is easy and quick to use, it was simple to figure out when first purchased and the built in Walkman has good sound quality

- It is easy to accidently load the internet when using the phone, which will be charged.

+ Great camera and easy to store with good sized memory.

- battery life a bit less than hoped for, but i am using the camera/vid continually!!

+ The camera and package are good and also the music package is also good.

- I find the buttons to be a peoblem but this may not be a problem for someone with smaller hands. I am 6'4" and have large hands and will go back to a phone with actual buttons when renewing my phone, sadly 17 months from now.

+ Very easy to get used to, had 2 over the past couple of years (one PAYG, the other Pay Monthly) and have had no need to bring it back to the shop to have it fixed. Comes with all equipment needed to connect to a computer etc to transfer files. Plenty of storage space on memory card. Battery lasts for millenia.

- Photo camera is a bit lacklustre and can only take pictures in broad daylight (camera has no flash). Headphone connection is a bit of a faff, needing a separate cable to connect headphone lead to phone.

+ its an mp3 player phone and it does that well. the portable speakers that come with it will be very handy for the summer holidays. Good quality for their size.

- Have to charge it up every day if I listen to music.

- Sometimes the call volume is a bit quiet but its hard to find anything abd about it.

+ I love the design of this phone; the screen savers, wallpapers and general design is spot on for my tastes.

- This phone freezes on on me sometimes with no wanring when the red camera light comes on and I have to take the battery out to reset it

+ probably the best looking phone out there and not only that, its slim and it has an amazing Walkman player which organises you music beautifully with flawless playback which is fine-tuned with MegaBass.

- there are no bad points, just some are not as good as the rest, e.g. the battery life could be a little better but that could be due to me using the walkman too much. the only real negative point is the camera on the phone lacks the feature of zoom in 2MP mode and you have to be in VGA to zoom, but this is ok because you can zoom after you have taken the photo and take a screen shot of that, I admit zoom is a bit of a weird feature to loose but you get use to it very quickly; otherthan that the phone is perfect

- Web browsing is not good as screen comes up full size - need to learn more about this incase I can amend it so i can actually read the web site on the screen.
The key pad is not easy to use, my texting skills are a lot slower
There is so much to learn about this phone I am still working my way through the manual 4 weeks later !

+ The camera takes nice, clear pictures if you have a steady hand. Capturing videos is good too.

- I don't like the colour of the phone as much as my old Sony Ericsson, which was black primarily, and green, with blue lights. The design on the back of this phone is quite crude. Also, the keypad is hard to use and it's not as easy to text with. I have to correct myself more often than I used to before sending a text.
I have yet to play a motion game because they are all expensive, despite that being the reason why I was happy with my choice of phone. The orientation correction when you're looking at pictures gets annoying.

- camera has no zoom function or light during nighttime. battery lasts only 2 days with normal use (few calls, texting) or only even half a day with constant use (internet browsing, games)

+ As a basic phone it is good. Mp3 player is fine and relatively easy to use.

- Keys are awkward when texting as it misses letters if you don't press hard enough. The camera is very poor. No zoom when taking photos.

+ Compact, smart design. Feels well built and durable. Good reception.

- Fiddly keypad. Some signs that the phone overheats when kept in a pocket.

- The button to connect you to the internet is too easy to catch. Mine managed to connect itself whilst in the locked position in my bag!

- If use the back button to many times it connects you to the internet. If you don't notice this it can cost lots of money.  My husband did work out a way to disable this, but i'm not sure how much it has cost me.  Battery back is a little lose.

+ it has a large memory so you can save all your favourite music photos and videos, it is as easy to navigate through as any other sony erricson, and it looks fab, and the best thing at all is its very lightweight so most of the time you dont know your carrying it.

- the only bad point iv found with the phone is the the photo quality is a little down compaired with other sony erricsons, also it hasn't got a light which adds to the bad picture quality.

+ I love the look, and the quality of the screen is wonderful.
No problems with how it looks, all very easy to use, and the phone doesnt seem really breakable.

- The zoom is bad because you can't zoom whilst taking pictures only once you have taken them.
If you have no signal the screen goes blank for ages and doesnt always come back, you have to turn the phone off and back on.

+ Its easy to use, love the texing on it and its easy to carry about.

- you can't see who bluetooths you messages. you get the messages but not the contact that sent you them which drives me crazy. and the softwear is really slow.
