+ fairly easy to use and nice and sleak

- the camera doesn't have a flash and the phone keeps freezing

+ I like that it holds so much info, with seperate memory card & can do a lot with internet access, bluetooth accessories & with ringtone features.

- The worst being the battery life, as using bluetooth for short periods, uses a lot of power & requires regular charging for long periods to get life back

+ It looks great and the functions are great too!

- Texting could be a bit slow but no other bad points about the phone.

- Short battery life. Diabolical camera. Having to press a button to hang up rather than just close the phone - wasted minutes until you get used to it... It's also got small buttons -I have small fingers but a chunky fingered person would struggle.

- Keypad - Buttons very flat (bit like laptop computer keyboard) This makes it awkward when texting in particular as it is very easy to press the wrong key. You need very good nails which I have, but I still find it hard to use.
Organiser (Reminders/Appointments in Calendar) Too involved as you have to enter a starting and finishing time, duration, date etc. A simpler solution would be like the older Nokias, where you simply type in the reminder/appointment details, and then select a date and time.
Speaker. Quality is useless, much worse than my last Sony Ericsson K800i.

- Has a tendecy to freeze then reboot itself, very frustrating when trying to make a phonecall, send a text or use an application.

+ Very dainty, like the radio/music capabilities.

- Occasional crashes if you try to use too many features at once. My boyfriend can't use the flat keypad - (although that may be a good thing!) not a phone for men with big sausage fingers! Some of the themes are a bit ropey looking, but you can download others from the net.

- Phone keeps locking up and the only way to get round the problem is to take the battery out. The keys are too small and hard to use for texting.

+ It looks really smart, good storage - holds lots of pictures and music as it comes with memory card, easy to work

- It freezes all the time , the camera is only a 2 mega pixel , there is a botton on the main screen which is easily pressed and goes straight onto the internet and brings bill very high , there are no games on the phone only demos which give u 90 secs of the game and thats it, it doesnt have the sport application

+ The phone itself if amazing, it looks stylish, is easy to use has all the features needed including mp3 player, alarm, calander, email, web browsing, video and camera. It has impressive battery life, perfect for me because I am always on the go and the memory card mean it can hold lots of music and pictures! I also love that if you flip your phone down in the middle of a message it doesnt delete it.. infact folding the screen down doesnt get rid of what it on your screen!.. brilliant!

- However, in practice the phone itself has its faults, the keys stick and the screen often freezes or turns off. The key pad doesnt automatically lock when you flip the screen down so its sometimes easy to press buttons while its in your bag or pocket, but once you get a hang of that its ok. Camera although a good quailty has no zoom in the normal mode, this makes pictures 1) hard to look good or get as you want and 2) makes the camera difficult to master!

- Can neither hear nor be heard properly using this phone. Very poor design.

+ This phone is the best to listen music,watch movies and play games.Overall look is very good and the camera quality is good as well.

- battery life is an issue.sometimes the mobile gets hanged for a short while.

+ The media player is a big improvement on previous versions in the Sony Erricson range although there can be a slight lag in loading up the information. The screen is a good size and with Opera Mini makes for a decent web browser.

- The camera function is good but the zoom feature is not very smoothin video mode and cannot be used for photos unless the picture size is on the smallest setting. The phone has on occasion frozen requiring the removal and replacement of the battery.

+ It is a really good phone. It looks good, it music's good , all of the media is good, the messaging part of the phone is good to. It a all round brilliant phone. People say that it's battery life is not very good but i think it's fine. There is nothing wrong about the battery life, it's perfectly okay! No all in all it's a brilliant phone for what i use it for: a messaging, media, handy and stylish phone!

- There is nothing wrong with that phone. Mind you it hasn't got the whole world in it but apart from that it fantastic!!!

+ The phone looks very good indeed - it is slim yet robust and the slide-design is very effective. The general navigation is extremely easy to pick up.

- My main reason for getting this phone was as a mp3 player, so that i didn't need to carry a phone and an additional mp3 player. However, the mp3 software is not very good. Simple things like finding tracks quickly, making playlists, are far too slow and clunky. Deleting tracks almost brings the phone to a standstill for a minute. There is still no scroll of long titles. And a minor point - i cannot change the view of my sms inbox - i would prefer not to have the previews and just be able to see more messages on screen
