+ Initially one - I could ring out on it!!

- Inherant design fault - loads of problems transferring files, phone switching off, battery very short life. Phone changed on request - now I would consider it practically the best phone I have ever bought.

+ Good looking, compact mobile phone with great features - especially the Walkman and 2.0 mega pixel camera. Easy to use, I'd say its better than the K750i

+ Fairly easy to use (with small assistance from teenage daughter!). Huge memory capacity. Long battery life if not constantly using applications. Photos good. Not used internet apps. Teenager not allowed on hers!

- Neither of us have sussed out how to download from personal cds only from internet. MP3 facility was only reason for me purchasing phone so very disappointed.

+ Easy to use, great camera pic's in seconds and tells you the details of the phone in seconds such as battery life and momery of the phone over all ome great features.

- memory card on phone broke, computer link not that easy to understand and use and shutter on camera not that strong and opens on its own in pocket etc...
