- Inherant design fault - loads of problems transferring files, phone switching off, battery very short life. Phone changed on request - now I would consider it practically the best phone I have ever bought.

Score 7.0/10+ Fairly easy to use (with small assistance from teenage daughter!). Huge memory capacity. Long battery life if not constantly using applications. Photos good. Not used internet apps. Teenager not allowed on hers!
- Neither of us have sussed out how to download from personal cds only from internet. MP3 facility was only reason for me purchasing phone so very disappointed.
