Good points:: Walkman music player, good looking phone.
Bad points:: Camera not as good as previous phone, W810i. Scratches easily and cant seem to find case for phone

Good points:: this phone looks good, has a good camera, is easy to use and is great for litening to music.
Bad points:: There is one feature that is a real problem with this phone which is the interface for attaching the charger and other components. It often fails to work. I previously had a similar model Sony Ericsson that had the same problem and on discussing with friends they have all had the same problem. After only weeks of careful use of my phone, the charger wouldn't work with my phone, i found out by elimination that this was due to the interface/contacts not working. Unfortunately this is spoils an otherwise excellent phone.
