- It is TOO easy to access the internet. Sometimes I do it by mistake.

+ I think this phone is really good. It has all the features you would expect from it, has a solid battery life, although it takes a beating if you use it as an mp3 player through loudspeaker.
I find the screen to be clear, its easy to make calls and feels durable, unlike many other phones.

- The keys are a bit tiny, for texting is the main negative point, but you get used to it. As mentioned although the battery is really good, better than my old phone, if used as an mp3 on speaker it really drains it quickly.
The only other thing really is the fact that it used an all in one port for connecting to things. i.e the pc, and recharging. They uses different leads though. Id never used this kind of plug before and actually damaged my recharger becuase i couldnt figure out how it plugged in (i had it the wrong way around lol).

+ Easy to use, fast and looks good. I haven't as yet used it for playing music. Very pleased with the phone.

- Very easy to access the internet by mistake by pressing the back key once too often, need to keep checking I haven't connected to Vodafone live by mistake which could cost money, could've been better designed to avoid this. I had read previous reviews regarding this with the phone but didn't take it too seriously! Don't let it put you off but just be aware it can and does happen.

+ Takes nice pictures in day light, easy to use, like the sliding phone style, good value for money

+ Excellent, sleek design. This phone is weighty with a plaesant metallic feel. Other phones that look similar are made of plastic and feel cheap. Music player is excellent and the camera is pretty good. Text messaging is a dream as you can edit words after typing.

- Web browser is deliberately placed on the back button so when you exit an application, you often end up logging on to the web page. Very irritating and I haven't worked out how to change the shortcut keys yet.

+ Very easy to use. Nice looking. Easy to text, easy to call. The build quality is good. Overall this is a fantastic phone and I'm very, very pleased with it.

- The battery life is not as good as my previous phone, although I only need to charge this phone every 2-3 days unless I've used it a great deal. Could just be me as my previous phone did seem to go on forever without being charged.

+ Everything is easily accesed and the background/themes are really nice. The walkman part is very handy and the headphones with the double-socket is a great idea. Also texting is useful as you can compose texts whilst others are being sent and you can coose your mp3s as ring/text tones.

- The camera has no flash which is very annoying and the battery life is quite poor compared to other Sony Erricson phones.

- When I'd only has my original w595, it only lasted 3 weeks, then I had to return it as it wouldn't charge, lost music etc. Touch wood, my replacement is okay.

+ very easy to use , even for a numpty like me , i didn't even have to ask the kids how to use it . it looks good ,it's small & compact ( not too small ) & it features all the things a modern phone requires . i'm only interested in calls , camera/video but all the extra features are there too . i've only had a nokia before now but found the transition simple & would recommend this phone highly !

- i dnt like the fact of having the internet on the phone, i would prefer a phone without internet access.

+ I love the pedometer as it is of great use to me at this time in my life. I am also very impressed with the photo quality and all the silly/great things you can do with it. I have just discovered how to zoom (little late after filming a show - you were allowed!) Am getting used to being able to edit into one video - very useful indeed. When I figure out how to get my audiobooks on it - well I have but can't get them to play - I shall be a very happy bunny!!

- Can't think of any off hand. I am still finding what it can do - some of which defeat me as to purpose - but it's fun to play with and get to know. Hard to see screen in sunlight and I understand there are phones on the market that have overcome this, shame this model hasn't!

+ its a very easy phone to use like getting on any of the devices on the phone the camara is brilliant for the size only being 3.2 meg

- whilst using the directional buttons for texting it tends to delete one of ure letters

- It has a button set by Vodaphone to link straight to the internet on the Vodaphone site. If I knew this was not changable, I would never have purchased the phone!!!!!

+ Compact, modern and can be set to very loud ring which is good. As when it was in my bag I didnt always hear my previous phone.

- With my previous phone, I was alerted when I had a text or missed call...this "beep" kept going at regular intervals until I noticed the text or call. This was very handy as sometimes when it is in my bag I dont realise I have a text etc.. My new phone does not have this facility and I do miss it.

- the access key for internet browsing is to easy to hit by mistake. this could end up costing money. I have had to remove this service for this reason
