+ Good camera

- Short battery life, keypad hard to use at times

+ absolutely amazing camera and phone, easy to use once you get use to touch screen format.

- The screen - its very easy to crack - i dropped it onto the carpet and it cracked the screen instantly - im now in the process of waiting for a new phone.

+ I find my phone excelent when using the camera you can get some brilliant shots. Its efficiant, easy to use and it looks smart.

- The only bad thing is i never have enough memory!

+ Camera is really good with excellent video quality! It looks nice and is pretty easy to use especially if you have owned a Sony Ericsson before. Has an ok..ish touch screen and a very clear display.

- It freezes for no reason and resets itself if you lose signal for more than 5minuites. Also has a rubbish memory card slot which randomly wipes all your music over night..meaning if you have an alarm set it won't go off because it has no available tone!

- the touch buttons do nto always work as you ask it to do so. and there is an issue with the phone turning itself partly off saying that sim card is inactive

+ The 5 mega pixel camera is good. It's also a very functional phone which is well organised

- The touch sensitivity seems to be an after thought. I personally don't like it. The previous model had a small joy stick which was alot more simplistic and easy to use. The camera lens also has no cover on it so you find the pictures you take tend to be slightly smeary from holding the phone!! I also do not like the way the phone goes to standby. You can't tell if you have missed a call or received a text, unlike the previous model which displayed an icon in standby mode.

- knocking the corner of the touch screen whilst doing someething else and having to go back because the touch screen thinks you have pressed it. colouring comes off the option buttons

- One of the main problems with with the phone is that the touch screen constantly freezes and the screen is always going black and the only way to get the phone to work is to take out the battery and then put it back in and turn the phone back on which will then make it work.

- Pressing the select 'buttons' on the bottom of the screen is a complete nightmare. You either don't get anything at all, or you press select twice. Why not just a traditional button!!

+ it is fairly easy to use and has lots of useful features. The camera is excellent, and the videos have excellent sound quality.

- sometimes the touch screen can freeze and it takes a bit of getting used to.

- the keypad is a nightmare for texting, I have developed a sore on the side of my thumb! the signal goes despite fact other orange phone signal ok, calls cut off mid conversation, get missed calls yet phone doesnt ring, sends blank messages despite phone being locked, frequently comes up with message 'Insert correct Sim' when switched on.....and this is my second one, first one buttons went totally after 13 days!

+ it has got loads of features, which i suppose is a good point. its screen and camera are amazing. its music player does a decent job too

- its software is a disgrace. whenever the battery is completely charged(100%), it turns itself off. you will try to turn it on and find that the battery indicator shows 4% and so you will charge it again. but once u connect the charger, it shuts down automatically. but if u use the USB cable to connect to the computer, it it wil charge normally. but you will have to try 4 times (atleast)to get it completely charged. the best solution is not to charge it to 100%. i charge it until its around 90% and pull the plug, literally.

+ It is easy to use and looks good. Have dropped ti a few times and has not broken!!!

- I have ended a call with out meaning to by pressing the button with my earlobe as it is very sensitive!!!

- The touch screen is extremely bad as your on the hone it presses all the buttons with your ear and then you can end up almost texting someone.
Not reccomended.

- Navigation pad quite hard to use, buttons difficult to press with long nails, gets very dirty very easily, need to use a case which makes a big phone even bigger

- low battery life in comparison to other sony ericsson phones and the camera needs to change settings everytime the environment changes, sometimes photos are taken better when the flash is not used. The phone crashes sometimes...

- The camera is not as good as previous models, the phone scratches easily, seems to freeze half way through use.

- the touch screen buttons are a poor design as they are unreliable. the navigation button is good to use an better than the old joystick design but again its unreliable i had a problem with mine setting off the centre touch screen button everytime i pressed down on it. also the phone is very hard to keep clean cos of the glossy finish.

+ I really like this phone with all its features. The camera is excellent and the screen is really good too. I found the touchscreen difficult at first but it is quite simple now I've got used to it.

- The only bad thing about this model is the battery life. I had a k800i before and wish the k850i had a battery like the k800i because that would last for 4 days, I seem to need to charge the k850i every day.

+ Ease of use phone, small enough that it is not bulky in pocket. Looks great too! Wonderfull camera picture & sound quality.

- Just wish u can lock the phone & unlock with a security code.

- i actually didn't have it that long, because i heard some bad comments about it, like that it would be hard to make or receive calls later on, and that it can break easily, etc. so i decided to change it through the 14 day exchange process, but that took long aswell.

+ I really like this phone when it was working, but...

- The phone no longer works. When I switch it on the buttons light up but the screen does not turn on. I will be ringing soon to see if anyone can help me out with it, or get it replaced possibly as like I said I do like the phone.

+ This Phone is excellent, easy to use, looks nice and a good camera, the sound quality is good to. Would recommend 2 all people who like takin pictures and listenin to music.

- There are a few bad points but nothing magor, the touch sensitive buttons are a bit of a pain but its somethin you get used to, sometimes the phone free freezes but apart from that its ok.

+ The phone has a long battery life, the camera is really good and has loads of functions you'd find on a standard camera. Browsing the internet is easy and it picks up good signals in most places.
The voice clarity in calls is great even when signal is low.
The media browser is neat and the tilt function never gets old.

- The touch sensitive keys take a while to 'bed in' and when I first started the phone they hardly worked, but after a while they seemed to learn and now they respond easily.
It's very easy to activate the touch sensitive keys by accident, such as when you're halfway through a text, or very easy to click twice when you didn't mean to.
The phone also occasionaly switches itself off for no apparent reason, this is rare though.

+ Great 5.0 megapixel camera.

- Crashes frequently, shuts down randomly.

+ If you like the style, it's a great, easy to use phone with pretty much the best camera on the market at the moment.

- Prone to crashing due to unstable firmware. I have had mine replaced four times now!
If you do not like the unusual keypad, you will not like the phone.

+ All the features are great, camera takes excellent pictures and it is easy to use.

- The software crashes constantly and the phone resets itself. This is very annoying. First one I got broke after a week - it crashed and wouldn't reset. Occasionally it refuses to read the SIM card until you switch the phone on and off. Doesn't seem like a very reliable phone.

- Navigation keys could be better, battery seems to drain quickly, questionable build quality which is unusual for this brand of phone. ( Maybe I just got a one-off badly built one. It was replaced when it stopped working completely, but the new one has been fine. )

+ this is the best phone i have ever had. i work for a catalog company and if a customer ever ask me about
the best phone to have i always recamend this one. i can think of any thing bad about it, it has all that i need and more.

+ Its still got the standard Sony interface so it takes no time at all to pick up if you v used a similar model before. Battery life lasts nearly 3 days being used heavily, and only takes an hour or so to fully recharge. Camera is high quality with a lot of nifty features.

- For some reason, and iv a friend with the same phone who agrees, it will randomly switch itself off, sometimes itl come back on its self but not always. This is incredibly annoying especially if your listening to music or in the middle of a txt. Its so bad in that sense that id tell people to avoid this phone, despite its other good points.

+ The phone is very good overall with good features such as the touch screen wich is easy to use and a very good media player. Mine came with a 4GB memory card which holds all my music. I can currently store about 360 songs on top of photos and videos and i still have over 1GB left. The camera is very good being 5 megapixels and the video is just as good quality.

- Every now and again the phone will turn itself off as if it has lost signal and will return to it's usual stae in about 30 seconds. When i first had the phone it was slightly slow but proved to be very quick after the first few days.

+ The k850i as a very good camera and sound defanly the best that i had.
