- Good points:
- Easy & quick to use nice quality all round product, clear large screen and navigation, excellent camera.
- Bad points:
- The three touch sensitive buttons don't alway's respond first time but you know if it's worked or not as soon as you press them, so your NOT! left pressing the same button over and over again.

- Good points:
- Great phone the camera is top quality with so great feature that come with it. I use to have a nokia but the Sony Ericsson is much better with easy to use navigation, to get round the phone.
- Bad points:
- The only thing I didn't like was when you buy a reconditioned handset you don't get any instruction with the phone, Was a slight nightmare good job I had a little I dear how to get round it.....
