+ Easy to get used to, great music player (comes with headphones aswell), easy to load things straight onto the Memory card via the connectiuon to your computer (USB), and great camera.

- The video camera looks a bit rubbish when at maz zoom, but its not too much of a problem. Also the phone sometimes freezes for a moment if you are listening to music, playing a game and then recieve a call/text.

+ simple an good sound quality and the camera/video is fantastic on the whole a good phone

- has no call button which is really annoying also the web browser constantly comes on when not locked which gets frustrating

+ the camera is the best thing means you dont need to carry a camera and a phone, the phone lay out is so easy to use i love it.

+ This is a wonderful little phone that is light and compact. The screen is very colourful and bright. It is full of little gems such as the alarm facility, which allows you to change between different alarms without re -putting in the times.

- The navigation through the different sub menus can be a little confusing and takes a little getting used to.

+ A nice phone with good music playback, good camera with a cover and easy to use.

- Battery life isn't very good apart from that a good phone.

+ The camera is amazing - I get better quality photos from this than from my digital camera ! The organiser features are also very useful.

- This phone is heavy & bulky to fit in a handbag. The joystick is also temperamental & I have had to have several replacement phones in a short space of time.

+ I researched online to see what was available and I have not been disappointed in any way with the one I chose. Absolutely excellent ! Attention to detail and operation first class.

- Navigation keys are slightly on the small side for my rather large fingers but its not a great hindrance.

+ I chose this phone because I could see the keys. Those of us who are a little more mature and need reading glasses do not always have them to hand! Standard functions are easy to use for the techno challenged.

- The lens cover for the camera slides too easily and I get quite a few pictures of the inside of my handbag.

+ the camera is of a very high quality and photo manipulation tools eg red eye removal are on the phone itself; the music player can be 'minimised' and other phone features can be used whilst music is playing, and alternatively the phone keypad can be locked whilst music is playing; the bluetooth connection is quite fast in comparison to some other phones; the memory card slot is very useful to add extra memory to the internal phone memory capacity if needed for music, photos etc.

- can't use any other functions whilst using bluetooth to transfer files, eg music and photos; the screen is easy to scratch as it stands out from the rest of the phone instead of being set into it; the camera cover on the back slides open very easily and does open whilst in a bag or a pocket, putting it into photo mode and wasting the battery even if the phone keypad is locked.

+ I found the organiser on the phone great - it connect to my laptop via bluetooth and syncs with my calendar and address book without any hassle.

- The only thing i hate about the phone is the keypad - it's too small! I find txting a nightmare!

- Battery life is low by the end of the day you have to search for a charger. If you forget to charge thats the end of the next busy days life.

+ I just wanted a robust phone that looks smart and that has good features including camera, video, music etc. This phone gives it all!

- The slide over the camera lens moves too easily and quite often the screen switches to camera mode because i've moved the slide by accident

+ The K800i is a great phone with lots of features to play with. The game play is good.

- The joystick on my last K800i went wrong as it allows dust to get in to the phone to easily.

+ Camera quality and build is fantastic. Also the main menu is easy to use and accessible, you can be online and searching for something in about 5 seconds.
Its a very attractive phone, definately worth the money now its reduced.

- The buttons are quite small and fiddly! but its something im getting used to.
The battery life isnt great if you're taking a lot of pictures.

- Tooo short battery life, nothing like what it boasts, not even close to that! Stand-by time up to 3 days and you're very likely to charge it within 24 hours from the previous charge if you talk for around 2 hours.
And the lens cover is prone to slide open often in your pocket.

- The battery lasts just under 2 days, which is a lot less han stated. The camera hood also opens in my pocket which means the phone then prepares to take a photo, which also drains the battery.

- Its hard to set up email accounts and stuff if your a bit tecnophobic and i had to get someone in store to help me send pictures which is a shame. I also feel that the menory could be larger as you now have to buy additional memory whereas my last sony had a card with it which was easily removable to print off photos and songs.

+ Excellent camera. Battery life is pretty good, usually lasts about 1 week. Love being able to choose who I accept calls from (there's an "accept only from list" option). All round, one of the best phones I have had.

- The "joystick" is a bit fiddly but something I can live with. The good points far outweigh the bad ones.

+ Great Camera takes better photos than my Canon camera, the screen is a great size.
Navigation is really easy.
Phone line is very clear.

Key pad is quite hard to text as the keys are close together and takes some getting used to as they are very low down making the phone top heavy if texting with one hand.

+ Quite solidly constructed, camera is top notch. Screen is large and clear. Good battery life, speaker is VERY loud!

- Fiddly little buttons around the "call" buttons. The catch that hides the camera lens is obtrusive and I've had the occasional software glitch.
