Score 9.0/10+ This is a wonderful little phone that is light and compact. The screen is very colourful and bright. It is full of little gems such as the alarm facility, which allows you to change between different alarms without re -putting in the times.
- The navigation through the different sub menus can be a little confusing and takes a little getting used to.

Score 8.0/10+ Far better than my previous phone which had poor sound quality and a low pixal camera. The video is good and the photos are even better.Keys are of a good quality and very positave.
- The only real downside I have to this phone,is that the camera lense cover, has a habit of sliding open in my pocket which puts it into photo mode.

Score 8.0/10+ I chose this phone because I could see the keys. Those of us who are a little more mature and need reading glasses do not always have them to hand! Standard functions are easy to use for the techno challenged.

- Camera cover opens in my pocket when there are other things in with it.
purchased 23 Dec 2007
Vicki, Cheshire , “female, 17-year-old student”
Score 8.0/10+ the camera is of a very high quality and photo manipulation tools eg red eye removal are on the phone itself; the music player can be 'minimised' and other phone features can be used whilst music is playing, and alternatively the phone keypad can be locked whilst music is playing; the bluetooth connection is quite fast in comparison to some other phones; the memory card slot is very useful to add extra memory to the internal phone memory capacity if needed for music, photos etc.
- can't use any other functions whilst using bluetooth to transfer files, eg music and photos; the screen is easy to scratch as it stands out from the rest of the phone instead of being set into it; the camera cover on the back slides open very easily and does open whilst in a bag or a pocket, putting it into photo mode and wasting the battery even if the phone keypad is locked.

Expert reviews for Sony Ericsson K800i
TechRadar expert review
The first thing you'll notice about the Sony Ericsson K800i is how light it is. This is a real achievement when you consider that it includes a 3.2 megapixel Sony Cyber-shot camera, which takes excellent shots. The K800i comes into its own when it comes to shooting in low light conditions. The images we took were as clear as you would expect from any full size digital camera, and weren't overexposed or grainy. There was some red-eye, but almost every image-editing package worth its salt can sort that out these days. If you weren't happy with your photo there are facilities for adjusting…
