+ Thin, good camera, clear screen.

- Too wide and texting is difficult due to keys and hard to open camera shiutter

+ looks good, easy to work out for someone not too great with gadgets

- keys can be a bit fiddly if my nails get too long!!

+ The phone looks nice and easy to use.

- The problem with this phone and the reason I am unlikely to buy a sony phone again, is it is VERY slow, to switch on and action any features. Any ideas to improve this will be appreciated.

+ The product is a very easy and useful phone to use, with many features.

- The bad points about the product is the cost of downloads, internet use, calls and texts abroad, etc.

+ The C902 has many very good features, unfortunately the keypad makes them difficult to access. The best thing about this phone is the sound quality, which is ironic because it's a CyberShot not a Walkman!

- Quite heavy for a slick handset. Very poor battery life compared to other Sony Ericssons like the k750i. Software hangs and crashes frequently, which can be very frustrating especially when listening to music, requires a reboot sometimes.

- Very slow. Sometimes turns itself off for no reason and other times just freezes when either takin picture or trying to read messages.When playing music it jumps. Sometimes takes ages for txts to come through,maybe hour after it was sent.

+ I find it slim, small compact and easy to access other screens. Music sounds good. Love the camera shots. Being able to access the internet on such a small phone.

- Battery life. Screen has a tendency to freeze, access to internet not always reliable and tricky to use, also writing can be too small. With its shiny surface it makes the phone very slippery and easily falls out of bags, pockets etc.

+ LOOKS GOOD AND CAMERA IS HIDDEN, SO THE LENS DOESN'T GET SCRATCHED.

- BATTERY LIFE LASTS ABOUT 3 DAYS, WEN IM LISTENING TO MY MUSIC THE TRACKS SKIP AS IF IV'E PUT A CRAP SONG MY PHONE, AND I HAVEN'T.

+ the camera is really clear and has lots of options

- the phone keeps freezing. When you try to take a picture the touch screen icons make it difficult as its very easy to accidently press them and then the phone is very slow to recoup and again it is very slow with every action you try.

- Awful battery life, and tends to freeze quite a lot. I recently ordered a replacement and am hoping it will be up to scratch and not freeze as the previous one was very disapponting!

- i think it should have have a securty lock on messages or anyting else also the phone sometines can be slow.

+ it's slim, handy navigation, ok software, decent camera if you dont zoom, semi-touch screen is fun.

- no folder locks/security, zoom on camera is just not good enough, battery life is only good if you tweek it to its maximum e.g. brightness taken down, 3g changed to gsm only, screen needs to be bigger, speaker is average but understandable considering the slimness of the phone.

+ The phone initself is small and compact. It looks good and is lightweight

- The keypad is hard to use when sending a text message. The battery case comes off too easy at the back of the phone.

- The camera touch screen can, i repeat can be a bit temperamental at times. Not always just on occasions. Not that important as can switch through the options without using the touch screen feature

+ sexy phone, great camera, easy to use and comes with a 4GB memory card, so loads of storage

- buttons are quite small, so can be difficult in the morning to press the right buttons

+ Clear bright screen, good features, battery life not bad, it's light, it's fast and reliable. Camera's great. I like the Sony Ericsson navigation, and the graphics are attractive. No software problems at all.

- The screen should be bigger - same bright screen and pixel size on my wife's W595, but the screen's that bit larger on hers. The buttons are a bit odd - slanting from the top to the bottom of each button, so texting, which I do a lot of, isn't as comfortable/fast/accurate as on other phones. The graphics for the organiser are HORRIBLE. I miss the light from my old SE W810i -- that was really useful as a torch!

- The flash on the camera does not work sometimes - i think it may be related to the number of photos stored in the phones memory but not sure.

- WILL NOT WORK VERY WELL WITH ADDITIONAL CLIP ON LENSES DUE TO THE CAMERA NOT BEING FLUSH. BATTERY LIFE A BIT DISAPOINTING IN THIS DAY AND AGE.

+ Absolutely love this phone, always had a sony ericsson, wouldn't have any other phone! The camera on it is just brilliant; 5 megapixals! It's so easy to use and so slim and slender! Just perfect.

- The slide out camera often gets bits stuck in it, just needs a wipe out every now and again! It also doesn't show you the time in standby mode, something I miss from my old sony ericsson!
