+ It is sleek design with a great picture. It is light and easy to position. Very easy to set up and use.

- The picture breaks up a little if you sit too close, particualrly when watching a fast moving image, e.g. football. I don't believe this is any different from other TVs of this type.

+ The television is in piano black and looks absolutely perfect on the wall.

- The on/off switch is on the top of the tv so we have to leave it on standby because I can't reach it.

- Glossy screen surround can cause distracting reflections. One of the stand screws did not fit correctly.

+ Fantastic quality. A truly amazing improvement from my old TV. The piture is so much clearer, and not being a complete tech geek, comparing it to my bro's TV (old CT Sony TV) I can see the difference when playing Blu-rays or PS3 using a HDMI cable.
Does everything I need from a TV and the freeview i much better than my box I had before, have more channels than before and less 'white noise' crackling, which is cool.
Would definitely recommend this TV to anyone.

- I struggle to think of bad points, as said before, I am not a tech geek and therefore find this difficult.
One thing is I can't seem to get my HDMI outputs to be recognised automatically - anything connected by scart seems to change the TV channel automatically, but my HDMI doesn't!
However, this is a really silly pedantic thing to put as a bad point... It's pure laziness on my behalf - not wanting to press one button on the remote!! What's the world coming to!!

+ Until I purchased this equipment I did not know what supurb viewing was. Buy the best and you are not dissappointed.

+ Buy this !!!! excellent sony quality - I purchased two for the bedrooms to use for TV + Gaming + PC screen. Its the first purchase of an LCD TV having looked at various models. Sony is the market leader for this !

+ I selected the Sony Bravia after careful consideration of all the other products on the market. The ratio size of the screen to my room fitted perfectly - not everyone takes this into consideration and the image quality are great for eyesight. If I am tired I can change the settings with ease and setting it up is so easy for a techno phobe. Great product!

+ The tv was very easy to set up and start to use. The control panel is out of sight at the top of the screen and easily accessible. I'm very happy with the picture quality. We do not subscribe to HD services which would apperently sharpen the images even further. |Sound quality is good.
I would definately recommend this tv if your looking for good value for money.

- Doesn't have the super-slick design finishes of some other brands, but then this tv is cheaper and in my opinion worht the money. Unless you've got more cash to spare!
Other than that everything is good - lets hope it stays that way.

- Ha many more channels yet the basic ITV BBC Channel 4 are still the best for viewing!! We of course get RTE channels here too. One bad point is that the Freeserve Digital does not include RTE channels so we only get them in Analogue and we will need a Box to get RTE Digital.

+ unobtrusive and though a bigger screen than our previous tv it looks much the same and maybe even takes up less space. Mostly the picture quality is good and it was very easy to set up.Very much easier than using a digibox.
Sporting events are especially good.Outside rendition of faces is good.

- Either studio skin tones are unusually flat or I haven't been able to get the picture set up quite right. Outside rendition of faces is much better.
