Good points:: This is a pleasure to use, solid Italian engineering, from a nation that cares about cooking, and it shows. Nothing gimmicky or flash, but every detail has been thought about, and the more I use it, the more I like it, unlike my last cooker, which cost about 1/3 less, looked great when it arrived, but everything afterwards was a series of disappointments. This is easily the best cooker I have owned, and I love it. I have given everything 9/10 only because there is nothing that cannot be improved.
Bad points:: Great value for money, but they can't change the basic laws of economics, so unfortunately you do have to pay a little extra for this kind of quality.

Conventional ovens heat from the bottom so the top of the oven will be slightly hotter than the bottom. This is useful when you’re cooking lots of different dishes at a time. However, they do take a little longer than fan ovens to heat up. Convection (or fan) ovens circulate the air so that you get an even temperature throughout the oven.
