Easy to clean
Wife friendly (she is a technophpbe) but loves her SMEG!
Cooks perfectly
Cool outside, avoids any risk of burns. Small niggle, timer is totally 'idiot proof' to set, but needs to be bigger.

+ If you want an undercounter double oven you usually have to settle for fairly small ovens. Not so with this model. Neither oven is huge but they are typically bigger than many of their competitors and of comparable (and sonetimes graeter) size than some of the high-level built in double ovens. build quality and energy efficiency are also good

+ Really good to look at and lots of useful extras - two (full width) grillpans and an additional baking tray

- Fan oven takes ever so slightly longer to heat than I had anticipated. Although the look is very stylish it does show up finger prints and smears a little bit.

+ Easy to use. Big grill area which cooks evenly.

- Hard to clean inside compared to my very old oven. Dosent cook evenly in main oven tends to cook its left side quicker meaning it needs turning. lots of steam build up when opening door.

Built-in machines have a cabinet door attached to the front of them so that they look like the rest of your kitchen. Freestanding machines can be seen and the machine can be placed in any position in your kitchen.

Self Cleaning	Catalytic
Self-cleaning ovens can come with catalytic liners or pyrolytic programmes. Calalytic liners are the bumpy surfaces which line the inside walls of the oven. They absorb the food and grease and break it down so that the oven is easier to clean. Pyrolytic programmes run for a couple of hours and burn off all the grime in your oven at temperatures up to 500°C. As it gets so hot, the oven door usually locks so that all you need to do is sweep up the ash that’s left over at the end.
