Good points:: Low noise.
Bad points:: Poor quality, poor design, very complex settings, not user friendly, cheap look and feel. Don't think it will last more than 2-years!

Good points:: Quieter than most dishwashers.
Bad points:: Difficult to load. Middle tray adjustment is difficult to make it useful. Too high and bowls hit the top draw. Too low and bottom spray arm hits the plates. Also baskets do not feel sturdy. They feel rickety. Large plates move around a lot when sliding the basket in and out. The securing arm is more of a hinderence. If i could return it, i would.

Good points:: So quiet! We have an open plan kitchen/family room and its so nice not to have to shout over the droning of the dishwasher. Its barely audible.
Bad points:: It automatically opens the door after finishing a load (to let condensation escape I suppose) which is very clever and probably advisable, but it always makes me jump when it pops open! I thought we had a poltergeist at first until I checked the manual :)
