Good points:: The machine is quiet and looks nice. Was a really good price as well. It cleans everything well.
Bad points:: The set up inside the machine is small. There are only two of us and we can only just about fit in lunch and dinner plates and cooking equipment. We use average sized dinner plates and two of these can take up a quarter of the bottom shelf. For two it is just about adequate but I wouldn't like to use it on a regular basis for a family of four.

Good points:: sturdy racks, totally usable top rack that fits glasses perfectly, unlike many friends dishwashers. Have just replaced a 7 year old smeg dishwasher with another smeg, they look great in the kitchen.
Bad points:: Would say that the quality has gone down very slightly since be bought the first one, but still beats the rest in this price range.
