+ Very easy to use and quiet

- The handbook makes it look difficult to use because it is not very clear or explanatory

+ Large drum size so will need to do less loads.

- The touch sensitive buttons on the front of the machine are a nightmare.You only have to brush past them ie when i am washing up and it alters or stops the program and my 2 year old son likes to press them to. A child lock feature so the programs cant be altered once the program has started would be a great idea. This feature is on some of their more expensive models.I paid alot more for this machine when compared to many other brands so would expect them to have put this feature on all of the models with the touch sensitive buttons.

+ I like the large drum for big duvet covers etc Also the large porthole. The short cycle times are a pleasant surprise as I had a 17 year old Bosch which I was extremely pleased with but the cycle times were lengthy - I think the clothing is equally clean! Maybe ask me again in 6 months time............

- The machine is very easy to operate which is a good thing as the layout of the instruction leaflet takes some getting used to. There is a loud clunk as the machine starts to operate and I don't really like the beeps at the end of each cycle - they can carry throughout the house in the quiet of the early morning! The Start/Pause button is possibly a little too sensitive.

+ Solid, reliable, excellent wash and short cycle times

- Spin could perhaps be a little better @ drying the clothes
