- Good points:
- The cutlery rack is a bit fiddly to load and some spoons with a large bowl don't stay put, but unloading it is really quick. It does mean the spoons don't end up resting against each other so they wash well. Overall I think the cutlery rack is a good idea because there is much more room on the bottom rack.

The drawer for cutlery is really good and better than the usual fiddley basket and not having the basket creates more room in the bottom rack. (That said, having the top cutlery tray does mean tall/pint tumblers and side plates don't quite fit in the top rack).
Very quiet operation - Bad points:
- Doesn't seem as roomy as it ought to be (though maybe I'm just not as good at loading as I should be!). Sometimes doesn't get things completely clean. Also the issue with lack of space in top rack as described above

Excellent buil quality even compared to other high quality brands. - Bad points:
- Very occasionally heavily soiled items are still a little dirty after the cycle has finished but this is a very minor issue.
