Score 10.0/10
Good points:
It is a good solid phone. I especially like the low radiation feature which I believe is extremely important in this age of electronic pollution.
Bad points:
None that I have come across.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Has several useful features, in particular the ability to transfer telephone directories between phones either in total or as individual entries sames a lot of time. The display is clear and the design of the phone suggests that it will be reliable long term (No projecting buttons). Being able to store three numbers under one directory entry is also very useful and time saving.
Bad points:
Almost inevitably the manual, despite its size, is not as clear as it might be but of you buy persevere and explore all the options even though you may feel that you don't have a use for them. If the manual contained a flow chart to guide through set up it would ideal.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Love the look and feel and like the music for the ring tone for a change although many of them are high pitched and annoying like many phones but I managed to find a couple I liked. Easy to use. It is easy to see when a message has been left with a distinctive red alert flashing. The sound quality is very good.
Bad points:
Some of the missed calls are not recorded in the missed call list although I have a recorded message on the answer phone.

Alan, Nantwich Basic home user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Best summarised by the scores. This particular purchase was for my son, wih me having bought th handset as an addition to the older SL375 that I've been using for quite some time. The 785 is an improvement on the 375 with better design, layout and command structure.
The above and other ratings below reflect my son's use
Bad points:
Not easy to use hands-free if left in the cradle, yet much better than the 375.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Excellent, sleek look! Fabulous reception! Relatively easy to install as the instructions are very simple and straight forward. Transferring the contacts file was extremely easy using the blue tooth facility.
Bad points:
I am unable to transfer my pictures via blue tooth! The volume on the handsets and speaker is not very high, even on the highest setting!
