- Good design: looks good and feels comfortable in the hand - like a mobile, which is what we've become used to. Clear, easy to use features. The silencer for 'Unavaialble' numbers is particularly welcome. Very pleased with this purchase

- I bought this unit specifically because it has the capability to connect with a bluetooth headset. When I use the headset, the other person is not usually able to hear me despite me turning the mic volume up to its highest level, which is very frustrating.
