Small, light, elegant design.
Cheap!!! Well, it was reconditioned, not sure what it would have cost new.
Nice big screen, with large enough icons.
Shortcut keys are conveniently located and assigned to most useful functions.
Light-up keys easy to see in the dark

- Navigation within phone/addressbook - it's annoying that the new entry/groups is at the top when you enter the "show entries" section, considering there is already a separate "new entry" option in the first addressbook menu.
Too easy to hit the browser button when using the joystick. would be better located further away, like where the power button is.
Space button is inconveniently located for texting - would be better as one of the bottom keys.
Annoying that you can't save entries in the PHONEbook which don't have numbers - e.g. Facebook email address, forcing you to make the addressbook your default.
The keypad lock, being just the one key unfortunately unlocks accidentally very often when the phone is in a bag or pocket, and virtually always connects to the internet at these times.
Camera quality is poor, but what can you expect for the price?
For some reason, it keeps asking me if I want to reset the time-zone after every time I use the web browser, and sometimes just completely randomly.
Not overly impressed with the ringtones.
Would be more flexible if you could set several alarms, e.g. one for weekdays, one for weekend, etc.
Doesn't appear to be any way to check your credit (pre-paid phone).
Can't seem to get numbers when using T9 predictive text, you have to change to numbers-only input.
