+ Large capacity, together with two different height racks for use on turntable, and two static slide in racks. Bought this to replace older version which we'd simply worn out (several years of daily use - we use this rather than bending down to the firred oven on the floor, lazy I know!).

- None spring to mind.

+ It is stainless steel inside and out and so is easy to keep clean. There are 2 shelves so you can cook a few items together. I use this 1kw convection instead of my 3kw main oven so that I am saving energy. I prefer the quartz grill to a radiant grill, (no more scrubbing around tubes and "self clean backplates") Also you can use the metal rack on the microwave setting, this seems to heat and defrost quicker.

- There are no bad points that I can forsee at present.

+ Capacity is huge. Pre-programmed functions are useful and work well. Oven works fine

- Be careful if you want to extend the time of the oven. The unit uses the grill element to heat the oven so anything left on the top rack will burn if left in the oven while it re-heats.

+ Powerful, versatile, well built.

- Instruction manual is not clear enough in warning about NOT using oven trays when in dual cook or microwave mode. This blows the Magnetron .. as it did on our older Sharp R95.

+ It's great to have a fan assisted oven and grill along with the microwave. It's functionality is superb.

- The key pad for timer etc. doesn't stand out very well on the stainless steel backround, making it a bit hard to read.

+ This is the third machine of this generation of Sharp combined microwaves I have owned and it's always done the the job. Each one has lasted approximately 4 yrs. It's usually the magnatron which fails and the turntable motor becomes worn, probably due to the weight of pies + the dishes which contain them; it's cheaper to buy a new machine than fix them.

- The roof of the machine is the place where most un-covered food splatters and this is the most difficult bit to clean, it has sharp edges. (I think this is true of all the machines I have seen). A removable screen would be good if one could be incorporated.

+ It does have a large sized oven, so you can cook on 2 levels easily. It heats up very quickly.

- Be aware that for combi cooking, the options are ONLY convection with micro, or grill with micro. It doesn't have an option for convection and grilling at the same time, (which my old dead combi micro used to have.). Also the grill only has one heat temperature, and cold on occassion do with being more powerful.
