+ Everything about this product is v.good.I had this one to replace a slightly earlier model,which after daily use,just gave up performing correctly!This product has saved electricity,as I no longer have to use the BIG oven,to cook daily,in fact I have used as my only oven for some time whilst having kitchen alterations....It is probably a BEST BUY

- The only bad point,if you can call it one really,is the door handle,I frequently think I have left the door open!This is probably because I can only see it side on,not directly on the front.

+ A really good size microwave with 2 shelves. Air assisted oven which makes cooking so much quicker. So much better than my oven so I will use this microwave instead of my oven.

+ I bought this microwave for my mother, was very impressed of its features and ease of use, so decided to purchase one for our family. features most used are the quick cook menus, where all features(microwave, oven, grill) are pre worked out to cook the food, saving time. very good

- storing the internal full grill racks when the microwave is in use, would recomend a black pouch to put them in, with the sharp logo on.
