- Unresponsive keys - particularly when texting
Small memory
Bad camera - slow focusing is the worst point

+ Caller ID without opening the phone. Excellent battery life.

- Poor signal reception.

+ its light whight has a good camra ,the menu is quite esy to use
the blue toth is a bonus

- pur battey life not as good as the gx10i ownly last about a day if you make calls
takes a long time to conect to the voda live or to the internet
can not down load ring tones that easy hard to get a car charger have tryed the shops with no luck. the gx10i although its was heaver then this one the battry lasted longer internet access is easy the menu more user friendly then this one will not recnmend this phone to eny one put down as worst buy it has put me of buying sharp phones will not do real tones

+ I like this phone because its realy realy easy to use,and the camera and video is great,it takes lovely pictures with good quality.people have commented on the '' posh'' look it has.

- No Games, and can never get the free poly tunes!! so annoying!

+ Cheap does what you want a phone to do, easy to text with the large buttons, and the predictive text is easy to use aswell. And looks good.

- Not many features , no mp3 player , camera is only adequte for small pictures, and the memeory on the phone is poor

+ it is compact, not heavy. and looks ok

- The blue tooth feature is dreadful, Ihave not been able to receive any ringtones or songs as the memory is so small
