- A 37" TV overlaps and has a tendancy to spoil the look a bit, it would be better suited with a 32" TV because the width at the longest point is just over 31"

- Because it is black glass it shows dust up easily, so you need to be giving it a quick wipe every other day. Only downside I can think of - but this would be the same with any black glass stand.
