- Ear pieces were intolerably uncomfortable. I had to return the product.

- I found the headset a little tight and slightly uncomfortable at first and needed to remove them for short periods (during adverts for example). I changed to what seemed softer ear-pieces (supplied) which seemed to help. This minor problem is receding with use, no doubt as initial 'newness and stiffness' wears off
