Score 10.0/10+ I fly long haul a couple of times a year and find that the only way I can hear a film is to hold on to the headset and keep adjusting the volumn. I decided to invest in a noise reduction headset but didnt want to spend a fortune on something that was only used occasionally. I found these to be the perfect solution. I actually enjoyed the film (although you still get some engine noise nothing to detract from the film) and was amazed how much noise was reduced.

Score 8.0/10+ Great for background noise canceling.
- Would have been a 9/10 if it had a caddy or a recoilable drum to store all the cables. The first thing I do every time I take the headphones out of the storage is bag is to undo all the knots in the wires. Good value though when all is taken into account.
