- Good points:
- good design,not too heavy, easy to handle, dries hair quickly on high heat setting. Lower heat setting also good for fiddly bits- fringes ect. The cold shot button works well and helps keep the frizz down. I've used the concentrator nozzle and that was useful for straightening awkward areas, but haven't tried the round diffuser yet.

- Good points:
- lightweight. good cable length. diffuser stays firmly on. Even though its ionic my hair doesn't become to soft or flyaway like other more high end ionic dryers have done.
- Bad points:
- no seperate button for speed and temerature. when its on high its on hot.
