- battery life very poor , even on standby max 2 days,limited ringtones , difficult to find some options without referring back to manual, external speaker too quiet on movie playback

- A bit on the large size to go in your pocket. Complicated menu system,makes it difficult for some people to remember how to get to a particular program. Aerial gets in the way,and can snag on coat pockets,or handbags.
