+ Sound quality is excellent with better headphones (the headphones it comes with are a bit muddy). I tend to use mine with Yuin G2a headphones and a tiny Fiio amp. Warmer, punchier sound than my iPods. Ability to expand memory is great. FLAC playback is a bonus. Its small. Voice recorder works surprisingly well.
- FM radio reception isn't very good. Gapless playback isn't as good as an iPod - there is a small gap in playback between tracks, not too noticeable but it is there.

Score 9.0/10+ Great value and good sound once you adjust the custom settings (did not get on with any of the presets). Nice to have folders as a choice as well as genres. The clip makes it easy to adjust volume or skip a tune without delving into a pocket.
- Perhaps it's me, but I did not find it easy to use with Windows Media Player. Instead I use the Windows explorer to drag and drop content. Very easy and useful for podcasts.
