Bad points:: 1. Poor Wifi reception - does not work in locations where other devices can operate fine (eg: ipads)
2. Very poor manual, online as well as printed

Good points:: looks great! Ultra slim and the sound quality is actually quite good considering the slim nature of the speakers. The voice control works brilliantly and Smart TV is fantastic.
Bad points:: Prior to this I had a Pioneer and the picture took some getting used to in comparison. This may sound a strange thing to say but the picture quality is just tooooo bright and clear. The clarity makes characters look unrealistic. I had to basically turn off all the features like Motion Plus and dull down the backlight, sharpness and other various settings to practically zero to make it watchable for standard TV and movies. I used to watch everything in HD but I couldn't until I had done the above. Documentaries look amazing in "standard" picture setting in HD. Since toning down the settings I'm very happy with the result.
