Good picture quality. Better than 6800 models.
Bad points:: Supplied IR blaster for controlling sky, DVD etc is a good idea but the smart remote is hopeless and the generic on screen menus make it much quicker to just use the original sky remote.

Sound is very average..

Tv required several firmware updates. For a non techie customer the setup process might be too much. If you don't like computers stay away!
