Good points:
nice picture overall, sound is ok through the tv,though i bought a samsung crystal surround bar to go with it to give it a real boost.Overall its a nice smart tv. I use a wireless optical mouse to navigate rather than the remote, its so much faster
Bad points:
no real physical instruction manual which i would prefer. There are so many things to find out about on this tv,and i like to sit in front of new things and read about them while i get used to it. in this case an e-manual doesnt do it for me. The recommendation programs thing only seems to work for the freeview viewing,i cant seem to get it to work for the sky programs i watch(another reason why a physical manual would enhance the experience of this tv).

Good points:
nice to have a tv where all the catch up are on one big screen. Net flix is great and youtube
Bad points:
Hd on the tv comes up poorly when on. It gives people a wonky look! the sound has to be changed constantly when watching different programmes. Instruction manual too basic. The tv stand very weak.

Good points:
As above
Bad points:
Disappointed that there's no microphone in set, so camera needed to use Skype, costing another £70! Also, keep getting a notice saying the TV will switch off automatically in X seconds, and I have to click OK to keep it on.

Good points:
Looks good. Built in user guide is a brilliant idea. I am surprised at the huge improvement in picture definiton over my old 1080 "HD Ready" TV. I thought I was watching HD TV,I Am now.
Bad points:
Not really a bad point but the sound is a bit "thin". OK for me cos I play TV through a home cinema system. If I was relying on the set sound alone I would need a user adjustable Bass/Treble function.
